Finally, in a bid to provide quality customer service Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited (SIAML) selected Avante to deploy eGain Mail management to provide automation and increase efficiency. SIAML have also integrated their Microsoft Navision system with eGain which means that contact centre agents can now view customer bio data and transactions from eGain making them more effective and organized leading to better customer service.
